If you have @GetSpectrum as your internet provider look up Spectrum Outage and you’ll see that through out the country, @Ask_Spectrum has not done anything about their lousey connection. I can’t wait for Star Link to activate their internet service.

As frustrating as @GetSpectrum is, the @Ask_Spectrum account is their saving grace. I get more taken care of with their Twitter help account than I ever have in person or on the phone.

Y’all. If you have a choice, don’t use @GetSpectrum. Their customer service people are nice but the actual service is HORRIBLE. I’m without internet for 4 days before someone can even come look at it. Here’s to late nights at work just to use the WiFi. 🙄

I haven’t been receiving voicemails on my @GetSpectrum business phone. So my admin was told there’s a national issue and they don’t have any idea on when it will be resolved. I told her to make sure let them know the payment will have no idea when it’s getting there either!!

@Ask_Spectrum there are only two people working on Sunday at 1pm. Why? Waited 20 minutes & in that time they helped one person. There are currently 30 people in line. I just need to exchange old hardware. Also the check in appointment system is down. Forced to try again next wkd.

@Ask_Spectrum Long-time Charter customer here. I was told this week I had to pay $6/mo & get a new modem for ACCN....AFTER I had to hold for 45 mins waiting on the phone. Nope! See ya later! Just the impetus I needed to go to YouTube TV!

@Ask_Spectrum Hey the local EAS messages on cable are IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. I’m hearing every other word. It DOES NOT WORK and it’s also interrupting important information from LOCAL MEDIA stations! PLEASE FIX THIS!

My @GetSpectrum internet has been dropping randomly for the last few months so we had a tech out to "fix it."He just unplugged a bunch of cables then left so now the internet doesn't work at all.The support over the phone says the earliest we can get ANOTHER tech out is in 2-3

@Ask_Spectrum Understood. Seems like there should be a way for local weather break-ins to have an embedded signal which could override @NWS EAS. I understand the need to cut in if someone is watching a cable channel
