Funded Child Care in Action
As a real-life example of our Funded Child Care in action, we have a client with 12,000 employees who partnered with LCG to offer a 10% tuition discount. They had approximately 105 employees who took advantage of the benefit. After thefirst 6 enrollments, they were able to recoup the value of their annual administration fee of $10,000!
Because of this savings, the client decided to boost the program after the first year and now covers 50% of tuition. LCG covers the initial 10%, with the client paying the additional 40% on a monthly basis, for those using the benefit.
