WHAT TO EXPECT

  • After purchasing online, you can manage your tickets with My Milkmen Tickets.
  • Remember: If this is your first time logging in, you will need to click 'SIGN UP' and provide the email address used during your purchase whether that was through a Box Office representative, this website, Tickets.com, or Fevo.
  • When you arrive for the game, enter the Ballpark Commons campus from 76th Street.
  • You’ll be directed by a staff member to the parking lot.
  • Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the game. Here's a link to our stadium map for quick reference.
  • We recommend purchasing tickets online prior to being parked. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • There are NO carry-ins. Food & beverages will be available at our concession stands.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

  • Accessible Seating is available throughout Franklin Field (formerly known as Milkmen Stadium); primarily in the Scout, MOSH Dugout & Outfield areas.
  • Please ask an usher if you need assistance locating these seats.
  • Accessible seats are spaces specifically designed for wheelchairs and include features such as an accessible approach, location at grade, clear floor space, and larger dimensions.

    People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions.

    Individuals who have a disability that requires use of the accessible features that are provided in accessible seating are also permitted to purchase accessible seats, including people who cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle.

    Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not entitled to purchase accessible seats.

ALCOHOL

  • Beer is available at all concession stands; limit two beers per person per purchase.
  • Each customer must present valid picture identification at the time of purchase.
  • All beer sales will conclude with the first pitch of the middle of the 8th inning on a regular basis, however, Milkmen management reserves the right to discontinue beer sales without notice and/or refuse the sale of beer to any individual.
  • A Milkmen staff member will gladly arrange for transportation for anyone that has had too much to drink.

ATM

  • At this time, an ATM is not available at Franklin Field.

BIKE RACKS

  • Franklin Fieldhas a bike rack on-site by the main entrance.
  • There is also plenty of fencing to secure a bike.

BIRTHDAY & OTHER SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTS

  • Celebrating a birthday or anniversary with us? Let us enhance your special day with a birthday announcement during a Milkmen baseball game.
  • Requests are due 72 hours in advance of the game and are subject to availability.

BOX OFFICE

  • Our stadium Box Office is open on game days beginning 1 hour prior to first pitch. Please contact us for fastest service outside of these dates & hours.

  • Cameras are welcome at Franklin Field to capture all the exciting memories taking place at Milkmen games this summer.
  • Please be mindful of your fellow fans and the action on the field while taking pictures.

CARRY-IN POLICY

  • Carry-in beverages, food, or coolers are not permitted in Franklin Field.

CLUB LEVEL ACCESS

  • Fans with tickets for seats on the club level may use the stairs on either end of the concourse or the elevator located behind Section 104. Please retain your ticket to ensure your access to those areas.

CONCESSIONS

  • Franklin Fieldhas all kinds of delicious food options throughout the stadium – there will surely be something for everyone to enjoy!
  • As a reminder,outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Franklin Field.

CONDUCT

The Milwaukee Milkmen are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
  • Offensive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
  • Harassment of home or opposing team and fans, including on social media

Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules, or who are otherwise unruly or inconsiderate (including fighting) are not welcome at Milwaukee Milkmen games. Such conduct will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges.

Each guest should be in possession of their ticket and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify seat location. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.

FIRST AID

  • If at any time you find yourself or a member of your party in need of First Aid assistance, please let any Franklin Field staff member know so they can get in touch with the on-duty EMT.
  • Basic First Aid needs can be addressed at the Franklin Field Guest Services.
  • As a courtesy to our fans, Curtis Ambulance will have staff at every game should any medical/emergency needs arise.

FOUL BALLS AND FLYING BATS

  • Keep your eye on the ball – that applies to both the players on the field as well as you the fan at Franklin Field. Getting a foul ball at a baseball game is very exciting, however, foul balls often are traveling at high rates of speed as they leave the playing field.
  • Please pay attention to the action on the field to help ensure your safety and the safety of those around you. Any foul ball that is hit into the stands may be kept as a souvenir, however fans may not go outside of the park or onto the playing field to retrieve foul balls.
  • Although a rarer occurrence, please be aware that bats can slip out of a player’s hands and fly towards the seating area as well. We ask that you please return the bat to the player or to a Milkmen Stadium staff member.

  • Gates at Franklin Field open one hour prior to game time, unless noted differently on the website.

Free parking is available while attending Milwaukee Milkmen games.

Preferred Parking is available for $5 onsite if you'd like to park close to the gates. Preferred Parking passes are included at no additional cost for 9-game, 25-game and full season ticket plan holders.

Please note that these attractions are subject to weather. In the event it must be canceled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.

RAIN OUTS

  • In the event five innings of one game are not completed, your ticket may be good for any remaining regular season home game (in the current season), based on availability. Your ticket must be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, subject to availability. Please use this form to submit your exchange request. There will be no refunds issued.
  • When the game is officially delayed, play will continue as soon as weather permits. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the Milkmen cancel a game due to weather prior to gates opening, it will be posted immediately onwww.milwaukeemilkmen.com and/or our social media channels. In this case, your ticket may be good for any remaining regular season home game (in the current season), based on availability. Your ticket must be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, subject to availability. Please use this form to submit your exchange request.There will be no refunds issued.

RE-ENTRY

  • For your safety, re-entry is not permitted into Franklin Field for any reason.
  • If you should need to exit the stadium for any reason before or during the game, please see a Milkmen staff member in advance of leaving to ensure re-entry is permissible without purchasing a new ticket.

REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds or exchanges on tickets once a purchase is made.

RESTROOMS

  • Restrooms are located throughout the stadium and are handicapped accessible.
  • Family restrooms are located behind sections 103/104, 107/108, and in Centerfield.
