The best part about my experience would be the opportunities I've been given. Including how my Sophom*ore math teacher is now the reason my anxiety has calmed down in front of crowds. Most of the teachers understand that if you're having a extremely rough day, it's okay to take a break from schoolwork. My Sophom*ore year, and Junior year I was grateful to have the best marketing teacher. She knew when I was in a bad mood, good, or on the downhill slide. She welcomed me with open arms, almost like she was my Mother. Her class helped me grow as a person, and speak out when I felt like I lost my voice. You just have to be the one to let the teachers help you venture out, and try new things. The wost parts of my experience were definitely in any sort of math program. I cannot understand math for the life of me, and I feel as though certain math teachers there aren't helping the students enough. So the worst part is knowing I need help, but possibly won't be able to receive it.

I loved Columbus Unified High School. I moved there my senior year and I was terrified. Everyone was so nice and everyone knew everyone. It was very close-knit but also excepting. They were so dedicated to making sure that everyone succeeded. The counselor, Megan Smith, is the reason I am attending the college I attend. She recommended it to me and I love it. 10/10 would recommend.
