By-Pass Power Equipment isthe place togo. Wejust bought azero turn mower from them and their staff isstellar intheir service. Wewere very impressed with everyone that worked withus. They will show you how touse and care for your equipment and even gave usa driving lesson onour zero turn mower. They are now our GOTO retailer for our home and yard equipment needs. 10/10

We purchase our tractors and parts from Bypass Power Equipment inWaynesville. You can order the John Deer parts over the phone and they call when it’s available for pickup. They also offer Stihl equipment. They are always helpful.

Took myriding mower into have itrepaired. Itneeded anew battery and replace afuse. They charged me200inlabor tobasically change abattery69.99. They claimed they washed the lawnmower and the lawn mower looked exactly like itdid when wedropped itoff. For agrand total of317.00.These people are crooks and Iwill never set foot back inthat place and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too

Last Friday, 3/18approx1:00pm, watched aclerk treat avery soft-spoken, elderly man who just needed some assistance, with anabrupt and dismissive attitude. Then itwas our turn. Was told acompany 'lied' when they said By-Pass was the local representative for the maker ofthe equipment that weneeded apartfor. Hewas anything but polite and certainly not helpful inany manner. Not sure what this man's problemis, but heshould not beworking with the public. Will not patronize this business again.… – show

I've purchased three Stihl products from this business and it's always been apleasurable experience. Staff ishelpful and friendly and definitely experts onthier products. Ijust upgraded achainsaw and they gave meexcellent trade invalue.
