Cabela’s to Host Fly-Fishing Weekend Nov. 11-12

Fly fishers take note: Here’s some fresh and timely news from Ryan Smith of Cabela’s retail store in Buda, Texas.
The store will host “Cabela’s Fly-Fishing Weekend” this coming weekend, November 11 – 12, and from all indications it promises to be a real winner for those of us who enjoy fishing with fly gear … and, especially for those of us who want to learn more about this rapidly-growing sport. Capt. Doug Bowers and Copano Bay Red
Says Smith, “Beginning fly-anglers, expert casters and those interested in learning about the fun and rewarding sport of fly-fishing will have the chance to meet factory representatives and receive instruction and advice on fly-casting, fishing and fly-tying this weekend at Cabela’s Buda Retail Store, located at the interchange of Interstate 35 and Loop 4.
“Cabela’s customers will be able to ask questions and learn from expert anglers, rod makers and fly-tiers. Factory representatives will have rods on display for demonstration and instruction.”
The store will be the weekend headquarters of some of the fly-fishing industry’s leading representatives.
